Randy is an outstanding professional. Very responsive and skilled. He advised me on the right lock to purchase and came out the next morning to install it (digital pad deadbolt on a metal exterior door). He worked swiftly and for a very reasonable fee. I also want to flag for other consumers--there are a lot of unlicensed locksmiths advertising on the internet. I was suspicious when reading some reviews that appeared to be bots. For that reason I wanted to make sure I added a review for Randy so folks understand he is (1) licensed, (2) 40-years experienced, and (3) a local, legitimate business. He does not solicit reviews from his customers because he does not want them to feel pressured or uncomfortable.
Long story short--if you need a locksmith, you should give him a call. I'm very happy I did.
